VA Rating Assistant is proud to announce a new partnership with ID.me, the next-generation digital identity wallet trusted by 165M+ users and used across 22 federal agencies, including VA.gov. Through this partnership, VA Rating Assistant will exclusively integrate ID.me for user registration and sign-in, making access to the platform more secure, trusted, and convenient for veterans.

This partnership reflects VA Rating Assistant’s ongoing commitment to building a platform veterans can trust when handling sensitive information related to their medical records, disability rating research, and claim preparation.

By integrating ID.me as the exclusive sign-in and registration method, VA Rating Assistant is strengthening both identity protection and ease of access. Veterans using the platform will benefit from a streamlined authentication process backed by a reusable digital identity credential already used by millions of veterans on VA.gov.

“At VA Rating Assistant, trust and security are not optional — they are foundational,” said Chris Lassiter, Founder of VA Rating Assistant. “Partnering with ID.me helps us deliver a stronger and more secure experience for veterans while making sign-in simpler and more reliable.”

“Veterans deserve tools they can trust with their most sensitive information,” said Blake Hall, Founder and CEO of ID.me. “We’re incredibly proud that ID.me, the same credential millions of veterans already use on VA.gov, will now make access to VA Rating Assistant more secure and seamless.”

VA Rating Assistant helps veterans better understand how their medical evidence may align with VA disability rating criteria. The platform is designed to help users prepare, organize, and review their records with greater clarity before moving forward in the claims process. With ID.me now powering account access, veterans can feel even more confident that their information is being protected through a secure and recognized authentication system.

This milestone is part of VA Rating Assistant’s broader mission to combine modern technology, veteran-focused design, and strong security standards to improve the way veterans prepare for their benefits journey.

For veterans, this means one less password to manage, a more trusted sign-in experience, and an added layer of confidence when accessing the platform.

VA Rating Assistant will continue investing in secure, veteran-centered solutions that make it easier to prepare smarter, stay organized, and move forward with confidence.
